PAYMENT METHODS & FEES

We accept cash and debit/credit cards. CHECKS NOT ACCEPTED!

In an effort to cover the costs of credit card processing fees for online registration, we will charge 2.89% for every transaction paid with a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit card. This does not apply to debit cards or other forms of payment in the registration portal.

By placing/using your credit/debit card, you are permitting Citrus Academy of Dance and Arts to charge your credit card or bank account (debit card) that you have provided.

If a chargeback occurs during the processing of your card, you will be charged a $35 processing fee.

BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL CARE SERVICES

There is a $1 per minute late charge for students not picked up by 6:30 pm

TUITION

All tuition is due on the 1st of every month. If you are registered for competition and/or show teams, a separate schedule will be set up to pay for the Competition/Performance fees associated with these teams (Fee list: costumes, competition fees, recital fees, props, media (video/pictures)).

There is a $10/day late charge for tuition applied if not paid by the first of the month. You will be sent a separate invoice/bill for late fees. If late fees are not paid, your dancer will not be allowed to compete and/or be in the recital. 

There is a one-time $100 non-refundable registration fee per new student. This fee includes studio wear.

Returning families will be charged $35 non-refundable registration fee per student.

REFUNDS

WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY! We know things happen, and we are more than happy to convert money owed to student credit that can be used in the future.
